Data retention and deletion
We retain merchant configuration and analytics for as long as QuantityBoost remains installed and your store remains active in our system. When you uninstall the app or when Shopify sends the mandatory shop data erasure webhook, we delete app-held data for that store in line with our implementation.
Order-scoped analytics rows may be removed when Shopify sends a customer redaction request that lists affected orders.
